You will work on manufacturing, sourcing, logistics, and process improvement projects, gain Lean Six Sigma and APICS training, network across functions, and develop into a capable procurement professional ready to advance within the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, or equivalent.
• Degree within last 24 months with GPA 3.0/4.0 or higher.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Have demonstrated strong ownership and follow‑through on critical project deliverables and competing priorities.
• Communicates effectively with suppliers, engineering, operations, quality, and leadership, providing clear and timely updates on project status, risks, and recovery actions.
• Takes initiative to identify issues, drive resolutions, and maintain project momentum.
• Uses data and analytics to prioritize work, assess supply chain risks, and make informed business recommendations.
• Demonstrates a continuous improvement mindset by proactively identifying process gaps, inefficiencies, and bottlenecks, while developing innovative solutions.
• Have strong cross‑functional relationships and drive alignment across teams to achieve objectives and results.
