Baker Hughes is seeking graduates for the ASPIRE Sales & Commercial program in the United States. This two-year rotational program combines structured development, coaching, mentoring and cross-functional collaboration to build technical, business and leadership capabilities.

You will engage in sales deliverables, enablement tools and data analytics while networking globally and contributing to energy solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree within the last 24 months.
• GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Geographically mobile; program locations may vary.
