Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking high-potential graduates for the ASPIRE Supply Chain program. This two-year rotational and training initiative develops engineers and managers through structured assignments, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will rotate across manufacturing, sourcing, logistics, quality, and process improvement, complete a formal LEAN Six Sigma and APICS curriculum, and network with global leaders to accelerate your career.

Qualifications

• Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or an equivalent discipline from an accredited university.
• Have completed your most recent degree within the last 24 months.
• Have a GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher, or equivalent.
• Be fluent in English, both written and spoken, with effective communication skills.
• Be geographically mobile, as program locations may vary.
• Demonstrate experience in and passion for supply chain operations.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States and must maintain work authorization throughout their employment without requiring sponsorship by Baker Hughes, now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Work on diverse assignments in manufacturing, sourcing and materials management, logistics, quality, and process improvement, HSE and services operations
• Participate in structured career development, receiving coaching, mentoring and on-the-job learning to create opportunities for career acceleration
• Attend a significant supply-chain training curriculum, including certification in LEAN Six Sigma, APICS and Supply Chain processes
• Network globally and cross-functionally, leading program initiatives or projects with peers and interacting with global business leaders
• Solve critical business challenges through cross-functional, mission-based teams
