Qualifications

Responsibilities

Actively participate in all assigned rotational training activities and schedules.
Learn and apply operational processes, policies, and systems (including AS400).
Complete required classroom, hands‑on, role‑play, and shadowing sessions.
Demonstrate increasing proficiency in operational workflows and decision‑making.
Collaborate with trainers, managers, and cross‑functional teams.
Meet performance expectations and complete weekly knowledge checkpoints.
Adhere to all safety, compliance, and company standards.
Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, adaptability, and continuous learning.
