Dayton Freight Lines, Inc. invites recent graduates to join its Management Trainee Program.

This 24-week, hands-on experience develops leadership and broad operations knowledge across our service centers, preparing participants for future management roles within the company. Participants will learn the LTL industry, gain operational exposure, and rotate through 1st–3rd shifts, with relocation to any service center supported.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Bachelor's degree from an accredited college.
• Must be willing to relocate to any Service Center.
• Must be willing to work a rotation of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift.

Responsibilities
