Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required prior to start date (Business, Management, Industrial Distribution, Operations, Supply Chain or related).
• Alternatively, 2+ years of related work experience may be accepted.
• Willingness to relocate for training and career advancement within the company.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Successful completion of a background check and pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Engage in every branch function, mastering operations such as product knowledge, software usage, fleet maintenance, and warehouse operations.
• Collaborate with branch leadership to improve financial performance, sales strategies, pricing, and supply chain efficiencies.
• Apply HR and people-management skills to recruit, develop and lead high‑performing teams.
• Participate in an 8–12 month training curriculum with coaching, webinars, online courses, and corporate training.
• Contribute to a group capstone project and present outcomes to senior leadership.
• Relocate as needed for training and promotional opportunities.
• Support safety and compliance initiatives to uphold operating standards.
• Engage with Talent Management for guidance to accelerate professional development.
