Job summary

Lineage in New York is launching its Operations Management Trainee Program, a hands-on rotational development experience to prepare high-potential individuals for future leadership roles in warehouse operations. You’ll shadow, do, lead, and work across inventory, shipping, receiving, product movement, labor planning, and team engagement.

Successful completion leads to frontline leadership and career growth within a global temperature-controlled logistics leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience (2+ years for non-degree candidates).
• Strong communication and analytical skills; ability to learn quickly.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with safety emphasis.

Responsibilities

• Participate in training sessions focused on warehouse operations and leadership development.
• Learn directly from experienced leaders through hands-on, on-the-job training.
• Support daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping, receiving, product movement, labor planning, and team engagement.
• Assist in achieving performance goals related to productivity, customer service, quality, and profitability.
• Promote a strong culture of safety and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Complete all required program milestones and development activities.
• Meet performance expectations established by site leadership.
