Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; degree must be earned before start date.
• Willing to relocate to RTX locations across the U.S. for eight-month rotations.
• Experience using data analytics/visualization tools (SQL, Power BI, Tableau, MATLAB).
• Experience presenting data to stakeholders or leading teams.
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC, 5S, or similar continuous improvement tools.

Responsabilités

• Complete multiple rotational assignments across U.S. locations and facilities.
• Participate in core operations, manufacturing, supply chain, or quality rotations.
• Support day-to-day production, procurement, or planning activities.
• Lead or support continuous improvement projects and material flow optimization.
• Engage in leadership training, cohorts, and mentorship with RTX leaders.
