Job summary

SwiftX is seeking motivated Management Trainees to join an Operations Leadership Program. This one-year rotation cultivates future leaders through structured training, hands-on experience, cross-functional rotations, and leadership development.

Participants gain exposure to warehouse operations, hub management, transportation coordination, data analysis, and support functions, with mentorship from experienced leaders. Upon completion, trainees move into leadership-track roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Graduated within the past 12 months or expected to graduate soon.
• Majors preferred: Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, Economics, Operations Management or related.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin required.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through warehouse learning rotation, hub operations, and operations support.
• Support KPI achievement and daily operational management.
• Participate in process improvements and cross-functional projects.
• Lead assigned projects and initiatives during rotations and transition to leadership roles.
