Job summary

SwiftX is launching an Operations Leadership Program for ambitious Management Trainees in Illinois. The one-year rotation builds capabilities across warehouse operations, hub management, transportation coordination, and data analysis while mentoring by leaders.

Graduates advance into leadership-track roles within SwiftX. Program includes four phases from hands-on learning to final placement, with emphasis on cross-functional exposure, continuous feedback, and high-performance teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher (related field) required or expected soon after graduation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred for collaboration with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Complete four rotating phases across warehouse, hub, and operations support.
• Participate in leadership development and manage assigned projects.
• Support KPI achievement and daily operations through cross-functional collaboration.
• Transition into a permanent role after program completion.
