• Graduating with a bachelor’s degree within one year of internship completion.
• Not requiring sponsorship to work in the US now or in the future.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Gain understanding of supply chain functions and disciplines.
• Build affiliation with hourly team members and interact with leadership.
• Assist in analyzing and developing supply chain metrics and processes.
• Report findings to team members and management as required.
• Set and plan department workload to support priorities and meet goals.
• Organize and facilitate team meetings and pre-shift discussions.
