Job summary

RED LINE PLASTICS LLC in Manitowoc, WI is seeking a 1st shift Machine Operator to operate rotational molding machines, monitor finished parts for quality, and follow safety procedures under supervision of operations leadership.

You will handle material filling, molding, deburring, inspection, and basic maintenance tasks while maintaining clean work areas and accurate production records. Prior molding experience is a plus; strong attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Prior rotational molding experience preferred
• Ability to access work instructions via computer platforms

Responsibilities

• Operates rotational molding machine to meet plant metrics related to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Morale/Inventory
• Detects and reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor
• Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean, orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations
• Performs prescribed preventative maintenance on machines as required per the P.M. charts
• Performs but not limited to: material filling, deburring, molding, all bench operations, and inspection of product
• Safely works at a pace that meets company expectations e.g., parts per hour or minutes per part as quoted to customer
• Accepts and receives frequent supervision and assistance regarding machine set-up
