Job summary

Redline Plastics in Manitowoc, WI is seeking a 2nd shift Machine Operator to run rotational molding machines and monitor finished parts for quality. You will follow safety rules, keep accurate production records, and collaborate with supervision to meet daily metrics.

This role requires the ability to perform material handling, setup assistance, and basic math while maintaining a clean, organized workspace in a climate-controlled manufacturing environment. 2pm–10pm shift.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior rotational molding experience preferred.
• Ability to access work instructions on computer platforms.

Responsibilities

• Operate rotational molding machines to meet plant metrics (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Morale/Inventory).
• Monitor the quality of molded parts after demolding to ensure they meet standards.
• Maintain a clean, orderly work area and follow safety regulations.
