Job summary

Metalcraft Of Mayville, Inc. is seeking a Machine Operator to run rotational molding machinery and manage molds for quality, safety, and productivity. The role involves transferring resin, changing molds, and maintaining logs.

A collaborative team environment with opportunity for advancement is offered. The position is 1st shift with hours 6am - 2pm, Monday through Friday, at our Wisconsin facility. Applicants should have strong communication skills and the ability to learn precision measurement

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Lean manufacturing exposure is a plus.
• Manufacturing experience is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Operates rotational molding machine to meet safety, quality, delivery, cost, and morale metrics.
• Maintains clean, safe work area and follows safety regulations.
• Transfers resin to ovens and molds for forming.
• Assists in mold assembly/disassembly as a team.
• Removes molded parts and monitors temperature.
• Performs mold changes using overhead cranes and rigging.
• Uses feedback to reduce scrap and improve productivity.
• Documents actions in production and quality logs.
