Red Line Plastics, LLC is seeking a 2nd shift Machine Operator in Manitowoc, WI. The role involves operating rotational molding machines, monitoring part quality, and maintaining a safe, efficient work environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior rotational molding experience preferred.
• Ability to utilize computer platforms to access work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate rotational molding machines to meet plant metrics (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Morale).
• Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to supervision.
• Maintain clean, orderly work area and follow safety regulations.
• Perform preventive maintenance per PM charts.
• Handle material filling, deburring, molding, bench operations, and product inspection.
• Work at a pace that meets customer parts-per-hour expectations.
• Assist with machine set-up under supervision.
