Redline Plastics in Hartwell, GA is seeking a Machine Operator to run rotational molding machines and inspect demolded parts for quality. The role emphasizes safety, productivity, and maintaining production records in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED (preferred) and prior rotational molding experience. Expect a Monday–Friday 3:00pm–11:00pm shift with comprehensive benefits and opportunities to contribute ideas in a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior rotational molding experience preferred.
• Ability to access work instructions via computer platforms.

Responsibilities

• Operate rotational molding machine to meet plant metrics for safety, quality, delivery, cost and morale.
• Detect and report defective materials or conditions to supervisor.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow safety regulations.
• Perform preventative maintenance per PM charts and assist with setup as needed.
• Perform material filling, deburring, molding, bench operations and product inspection.
