Job summary

Stryker is seeking highly motivated graduates for the Rotational Intensive Specialized Experience (RISE) Program. Over two years, you will complete four six-month rotations across AQE, NPD OPS, IVS, NS, OI, PE, and ST, working on design engineering, test methods, and product development.

Participants gain broad R&D exposure, leadership trainings, and opportunities to present to senior leadership at each rotation, with potential to move into open roles after completion.

Qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. in Mechanical Engineering; December 2026 or spring 2027 graduation dates.
• Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and not require sponsorship.
• Self-starter with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings; GD&T knowledge beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support for new product and process introductions.
• Ensure quality of process and product per specifications.
• Conduct feasibility studies on new designs and contribute to design decisions.
• Participate in New Product Development team discussions and provide engineering input.
• Interact with customers to resolve product issues and support design iterations.
• All other duties as assigned.
