Stryker is recruiting for the RI SE Program, a two-year rotational engineering ascent designed to immerse graduates in design engineering, quality, product testing, simulation, and more. Participants rotate across 4 six-month assignments and will gain leadership exposure, mentorship, and opportunities to apply to open roles.

Graduates join a program that supports rapid career progression, leadership trainings, and cross-functional collaboration with senior leaders, with a path to broad R&D

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or related discipline; December 2026 or Spring 2027 graduation dates.
• Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Self-starter with analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support for new product and process introductions, ensuring activities are completed per NPD procedures.
• Ensure quality of process and product as defined by specifications.
• Determine and implement design approaches and conduct feasibility studies.
• Participate in New Product Development discussions and provide input to reduce time to market.
• Analyze equipment to establish operating data and evaluate results.
• Submit periodic reports to supervisor and present accomplishments to team and leadership.
