Job summary

Stryker is seeking graduates to join the RISE program, a 2-year rotational engineering experience with four six-month rotations across AQE, NPD OPS, IVS, NS, and other design-focused teams. This program provides broad exposure to product development, quality, testing, and simulation, with tailored rotations to fit passion and business needs.

Qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline; graduation in Dec 2026 or Spring 2027.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA (or equivalent).
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Self-starter with analytical & problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team.
• Strong communication and ability to read/interpreting engineering drawings.
• FDA/regulatory knowledge is beneficial.
• Proficient PC skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support for new product and process introductions.
• Ensure quality of process and product per specifications.
• Determine design approaches and conduct feasibility studies.
• Participate in New Product Development discussions and provide input.
• Analyze equipment, conduct tests, and evaluate results.
• Select components based on specifications, reliability, and regulatory needs.
• Assist in cost-efficient, manufacturable, reliable designs.
• May assist in vendor capability evaluation.
• Present rotation accomplishments to team and leadership.
• May interact with customers to resolve product issues.
• All other duties as assigned.
