Job summary

Stryker is seeking highly talented graduates for the RISE program, a two-year rotational engineering experience. You will rotate through four six-month assignments across AQE, NPD OPS, IVS, NS, OI, PE, and ST teams, gaining broad product development exposure and leadership training.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support for new products and process introductions.
• Ensure quality of process and product according to specs.
• Conduct feasibility studies on new designs and participate in NPD discussions.
• Present to team members and leadership on rotation accomplishments.
• Interact with customers to resolve product issues.
