Job summary

PSS Cross Country Infrastructure Solutions seeks a Rotational Manager to develop leadership capabilities across multiple branches. You will rotate through locations, learn operations, inventory, sales processes, and safety compliance while supporting openings and transitions.

This development role offers hands-on exposure, mentorship, and a pathway to a permanent Branch/Location Manager role; travel is required, with a focus on staffing, budgeting, and customer relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2+ years in supervisory, retail, industrial distribution, or operations.
• Willingness to relocate and travel extensively.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business software.
• Valid driver's license and frequent travel ability.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments, teams, and processes.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through branch locations to learn day-to-day operations.
• Provide temporary leadership coverage during vacancies or peaks.
• Assist with new location openings, staffing, and setup.
• Partner with staff to maintain productivity and service standards.
• Learn and apply company policies consistently across locations.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training of branch employees.
• Monitor branch P&L, budgets, and inventory controls.
• Build relationships with customers, vendors, and local teams.
• Complete structured training milestones with a mentor.
• Travel to assigned locations as needed.
