Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2+ years in supervisory, retail, industrial distribution, or operations.
• Willingness to relocate and travel extensively.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business software.
• Valid driver's license and frequent travel ability.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments, teams, and processes.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through branch locations to learn day-to-day operations.
• Provide temporary leadership coverage during vacancies or peaks.
• Assist with new location openings, staffing, and setup.
• Partner with staff to maintain productivity and service standards.
• Learn and apply company policies consistently across locations.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training of branch employees.
• Monitor branch P&L, budgets, and inventory controls.
• Build relationships with customers, vendors, and local teams.

Job Description:The Rotational Manager is a developmental leadership role designed to prepare high-potential associates for permanent branch or location manager positions within PSS Cross Country. This role provides hands-on exposure to multiple locations, business units, and operational environments through structured rotations, with the goal of building the operational, sales, and people-management skills required to lead a location independently.
