Job summary

Target Hospitality Corp. is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to support a portfolio of lodge locations. You will oversee daily operations, coach site leadership, and help manage budgets, labor, and service quality. The role includes 6 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation and travel between sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 3+ years operations experience in hospitality or related field.
• 1–2 years leadership experience supervising teams.
• Multi-site or remote-site operations preferred.
• Experience supporting operational budgets, cost tracking, and variance reporting.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safety culture by following SOPs, JSAs, and policies.
• Oversee day-to-day operations across lodge locations, including hospitality, food service, housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk.
• Act as operational contact during off-rotation to ensure continuity of leadership and decision-making.
• Coach Lodge Managers on standards, service delivery, and problem solving.
• Assist in managing budgets, tracking labor, food, and supply costs against occupancy and contract terms.
