You'll learn from experienced managers, engage in professional development with Executive Leadership Seminars, and contribute to key projects that enhance sales and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor's degree within six months.
• Active driver's license, be at least 21, obtain a DOT medical certification, and provide documentation of previous employment.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint.
• Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with key leaders on projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
• Participate in Professional Development with access to Executive Leadership Seminars/Divisional Summits.
