Job summary

Cintas is offering a Management Trainee program to kickstart your professional career with hands-on rotations across Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse Management, Office Management, and Service Management. You will work with experienced managers to develop leadership skills and prepare for advancement within the organization.

The program includes exposure to various departments, professional development, and opportunities to participate in executive leadership seminars and divisional summits,

Qualifications

• Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor’s degree within six months.
• Active driver’s license and ability to meet Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for driving a vehicle heavier than 10,000 lbs.
• Be at least 21 years of age and able to obtain a DOT medical certification.
• Provide documentation regarding previous employment as part of onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments to learn leadership responsibilities.
• Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services and build customer relationships.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with leaders on projects related to sales management and operations.
• Participate in professional development through executive leadership seminars and divisional summits.
