The program emphasizes leadership development, customer service excellence, and data-driven decision making, with opportunities to relocate regionally as needed and participate in leadership seminars.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree to be obtained within six months of hire.
• Active driver’s license and DOT medical certification required.
• Willingness to relocate regionally during or at end of the program.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments to learn leadership perspectives.
• Engage in outside sales activities and build customer relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze sales data to inform business decisions.
• Collaborate with leaders on sales management and operational projects.
• Participate in Executive Leadership Seminars and Divisional Summits.
