Cintas is offering a Management Trainee program in which you will rotate through departments to gain leadership experience and exposure to Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse, Office and Service Management. The role is designed to develop leadership skills and prepare you for advancement within the company.

Applicants should be prepared to fulfill DOT requirements, obtain a valid driver's license, and be willing to relocate regionally during or after the program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required within six months.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments from a leadership viewpoint.
• Engage in outside sales to promote products and services and build customer relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
