Job summary

Cintas offers an exciting Management Trainee program designed to kickstart your career through hands-on rotations in Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse, Office, and Service Management. You’ll develop leadership skills and gain cross-functional experience to prepare for advancement within the company.

Responsibilities include leading rotations, building customer relationships, analyzing sales data, and collaborating on projects.

Qualifications

• Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor’s degree within six months.
• Active driver's license and DOT medical certification are required.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Must meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) driving requirements for a vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint.
• Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with key leaders on projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
• Professional development with access to Executive Leadership Seminars/Divisional Summits.
