Job summary

Cintas is offering a Management Trainee program designed to kickstart your professional career with hands-on rotations across Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse Management, Office Management, and Service Management. You’ll develop leadership skills and gain practical experience to prepare for future advancement within the company.

The program emphasizes learning from experienced managers, exposure to multiple departments, and opportunities to progress in a dynamic, growth‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor’s degree within six months.
• Have an active driver's license.
• Preferred: Co-op or internship experience in a Customer Service, Sales, Production or Administrative role.
• Preferred: A business or otherwise related academic major.
• Preferred: A leadership/management role on campus or related extracurricular activities.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint.
• Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with key leaders on various projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
• Professional Development with access to Executive Leadership Seminars/Divisional Summits.
