Job summary

Cintas is actively seeking a Management Trainee to join a structured program designed to fast-track leadership skills through hands-on rotations across departments. You’ll learn about Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse Management, Office Management, and Service Management while preparing for career growth within the company.

Successful candidates will pursue a Bachelor’s degree within six months and possess a valid driver’s license; relocation is expected regionally during or after the program.

Qualifications

• Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor’s degree within six months.
• Have an active driver’s license.
• Willingness to relocate regionally during, or at the end of, the program.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint.
• Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with key leaders on various projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
• Professional Development with access to Executive Leadership Seminars/Divisional Summits.
