Job summary

Cintas is offering an exciting Management Trainee program designed to kickstart your professional career. You will rotate through departments to learn About Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse, Office Management, and Service Management while developing leadership skills and preparing for advancement opportunities.

This program includes hands-on experience, training, and access to executive leadership seminars, with relocation encouraged regionally during or at the end of the program.

Qualifications

• Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor's degree within six months.
• Co-op or internship experience in a Customer Service, Sales, Production or Administrative role.
• A business or otherwise related academic major.
• A leadership/management role on campus or related extracurricular activities.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint.
• Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with key leaders on various projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
• Professional Development with access to Executive Leadership Seminars/Divisional Summits.
