Job summary

Cintas Corporation offers a Management Trainee program designed to launch your leadership career through hands-on rotations across Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse, Office, and Service Management. You’ll work with experienced managers to learn operational and sales leadership, preparing you for advancement within the company.

Required: Bachelor's degree within six months and compliance with DOT driver requirements (21+ with license and DOT medical certification).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree must be obtained within six months.
• Active DOT driver status and ability to operate a vehicle over 10,000 lbs.
• Must be 21+ with a valid driver's license and DOT medical certification.
• Prior documentation of previous employment as required.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments to learn leadership perspectives.
• Engage in outside sales to promote products and services and build relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Analyze sales data to support informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with leaders on projects related to sales management and efficiency.
• Participate in professional development with Executive Leadership Seminars.

Education

Bachelor’s degree within six months

Co-op or internship experience in Customer Service/Sales/Production/Administrative

Leadership/management role on campus or related extracurricular activities
