Job summary

The Cintas Management Trainee program offers hands-on rotations across Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse, Office, and Service Management to build leadership skills and prepare for career advancement. You’ll learn from experienced managers and contribute to real projects shaping business performance.

Candidates should be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (or have one within six months), hold an active driver's license, be at least 21, and obtain a DOT medical certification.

Qualifications

• Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor’s degree within six months.
• Active driver’s license and DOT medical certification required.
• Be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint.
• Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with key leaders on various projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
• Professional Development with access to Executive Leadership Seminars/Divisional Summits.
