Job summary

You’ll rotate through departments to gain hands-on experience in Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse Management, Office Management, and Service Management, ultimately preparing you for career advancement under experienced managers.

We seek candidates with a degree within six months, an active driver’s license, and completion of a DOT medical certification.

Qualifications

• Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor’s degree within six months.
• Active driver’s license required; must meet DOT requirements for driving a vehicle over 10,000 lbs.
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Obtain DOT medical certification
• Provide documentation regarding previous employment

Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint.
• Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with key leaders on projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
• Professional development with access to Executive Leadership Seminars/Divisional Summits.
