Cintas Corporation is seeking a Management Trainee to kickstart your professional career with hands-on rotations in Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse Management, Office Management, and Service Management. You will work closely with experienced managers to learn leadership and operational excellence across departments, preparing you for advancement within the company.

Preferred candidates include those with a Bachelor’s degree (enrolled or completed within six months), a DOT-compliant driving

Qualifications

• Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor’s degree within six months.
• Active driver's license and ability to drive a regulated vehicle over 10,000 lbs.
• DOT medical certification required before first day of employment.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments to gain leadership perspective across Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse, Office, and Service Management.
• Engage in outside sales to promote products and build customer relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with leaders on projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
