Job summary

Cintas Corporation offers a Management Trainee program designed to develop future leaders through hands‑on rotations across Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse Management, Office Management, and Service Management. You will work with experienced managers to learn core business operations and leadership skills.

Ideal candidates hold or will obtain a Bachelor's degree within six months and have a valid DOT‑compliant driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or must be obtained within six months.
• Active driver’s license, DOT medical certification, and eligibility to operate a vehicle over 10,000 lbs.
• Be at least 21 years old and able to provide documentation of prior employment.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments to gain leadership exposure across Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse, Office, and Service Management.
• Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and build customer relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
