Job summary

Cintas Corporation offers a Management Trainee program designed to fast-track your career through rotations in Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse, Office, and Service Management. You’ll learn leadership skills by working with experienced managers and preparing for advancement within the company.

Qualified candidates will have or obtain a Bachelor's degree within six months, an active driver's license, and meet DOT requirements. Relocation may be needed regionally during or after the program.

Qualifications

• Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor's degree within six months.
• Active driver's license, DOT medical certification, and ability to provide prior employment documentation.
• Must be 21 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments to gain leadership perspective.
• Engage in outside sales to promote products and services and build relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries promptly.
• Analyze sales data and assist in business decisions.
• Collaborate with leaders on projects related to sales management and efficiency.
• Participate in executive leadership seminars and divisional summits.
