Cintas Corporation is offering a Management Trainee program designed to launch your professional career through hands-on rotations across Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse, Office, and Service Management. Youll work with experienced managers to develop leadership skills and gain broad exposure to operations, preparing you for future advancement.

Required is a Bachelors degree within six months, active drivers license, and meeting DOT requirements for vehicles over 10,000 lbs.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree within six months.
• Active drivers license and DOT medical certification before start.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Provide documentation of prior employment.
• Must meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for driving a vehicle over 10,000 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments to learn leadership responsibilities.
• Engage in outside sales and build customer relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries.
• Analyze sales data to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with leaders on sales and operations projects.
• Participate in executive seminars and divisional summits.
