Ideal candidates will have or be completing a Bachelor’s degree within six months, with willingness to relocate regionally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or will obtain within six months.
• DOT driving requirements: active license, 21+, DOT medical cert, prior employment records.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments to learn leadership perspectives across Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse, Office, and Service Management.
• Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and build customer relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with leaders on projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
• Participate in executive leadership seminars and divisional summits for professional development.
