Job summary

Cintas Corporation offers a Management Trainee program designed to launch your career through hands-on rotations across Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse, Office, and Service Management. You will work with experienced managers to develop leadership skills and prepare for advancement within the company.

Preferred candidates may have co-op/internships in Customer Service, Sales, Production, or Administrative roles, and a business-related major. Relocation regionally may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor’s degree within six months.
• Active driver’s license and DOT medical certification required.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Provide documentation regarding previous employment.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint.
• Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with key leaders on various projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
• Professional Development with access to Executive Leadership Seminars/Divisional Summits.
