Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Management Trainee to kickstart your career through hands-on rotations in Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse, Office Management, and Service Management. You will learn from experienced managers and pursue leadership opportunities within the company.

The program emphasizes developing leadership skills, with exposure to sales strategy, operations, and cross-functional projects, plus access to executive seminars. Relocation regionally may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor’s degree within six months.
• Active driver's license, must be 21+, and DOT medical certification.
• Prior co-op or internship in Customer Service, Sales, Production or Administrative role.
• Leadership or management experience on campus or in extracurricular activities.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint.
• Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with key leaders on projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
• Participate in professional development through Executive Leadership Seminars/Divisional Summits.
