Job summary

Cintas Corporation offers a Management Trainee program designed to build leadership skills through hands-on rotations across Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse Management, Office Management and Service Management.

You will learn from experienced managers, participate in sales activities, and contribute to operational efficiency while developing your leadership capabilities and participating in professional development opportunities. Relocation is possible regionally during or after the program.

Qualifications

• Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor’s degree within six months.
• Active driver’s license, be at least 21 years old, obtain a DOT medical certification, provide documentation of previous employment.
• Co-op or internship experience in a Customer Service, Sales, Production or Administrative role.
• A business or related academic major.
• A leadership/management role on campus or in extracurricular activities.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint.
• Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with key leaders on projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
• Professional development with access to Executive Leadership Seminars/Divisional Summits.
