Job summary

Cintas Corporation in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking a motivated Management Trainee to kickstart your leadership career through hands-on rotations across Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse, Office, and Service Management. You will work with experienced managers to learn our operations and prepare for career advancement.

You will build customer relationships, analyze sales data, and collaborate on projects with senior leaders, with development through leadership seminars and divisional summits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree to be obtained within six months.
• Active driver’s license; 21+; DOT medical certification.
• Provide documentation of previous employment.
• Co-op or internship in Customer Service, Sales, Production or Administrative role; leadership on campus or in extracurricular activities.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments, immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint.
• Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with leaders on projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
• Participate in Professional Development with Executive Leadership Seminars/Divisional Summits.
