Job summary

Cintas Corporation seeks a Management Trainee to start a structured program with rotational exposure across Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse, Office, and Service Management. You’ll work with seasoned managers to learn leadership and gain hands-on experience across diverse business operations.

You will rotate through departments, engage in sales activities, and receive development opportunities through leadership seminars and divisional summits, positioning you for future advancement.

Qualifications

• Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor's degree within six months.
• Active driver's license is required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• DOT medical certification required.
• Provide documentation of previous employment.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint.
• Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries promptly.
• Analyze sales data and assist in informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with leaders on projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
• Participate in professional development with Executive Leadership Seminars.
