Cintas is offering an exciting Management Trainee program designed to kickstart your professional career. The position provides hands-on rotations across Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse, Office, and Service Management to build leadership skills and advance within the company.

Candidates will gain practical experience while collaborating with experienced managers and pursuing career growth through regional opportunities and leadership seminars.

Qualifications

• Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor’s degree within six months.
• Active driver's license and ability to comply with DOT requirements for driving a regulated vehicle over 10,000 lbs.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Obtain a DOT medical certification.
• Provide documentation regarding previous employment.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint.
• Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with key leaders on projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
• Professional Development with access to Executive Leadership Seminars/Divisional Summits.
