CED’s Sales & Management Training Program is a full-time, two-year program for recent graduates and early-career professionals interested in building a career in B2B sales, business operations, and management within the electrical distribution and industrial automation industries.

Starting at $65,000 per year, the program provides hands‑on experience across the core functions of an electrical distribution business.

Qualificações

• Recent or upcoming graduates with a bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, a technical discipline, or a related field.
• Competitive, self-motivated individuals interested in B2B sales, operations, and business management.
• Candidates who demonstrate initiative, accountability, strong problem‑solving skills, and an interest in taking on increasing responsibility.

Responsabilidades

• Learn branch operations: Warehouse ops, logistics, inventory control, purchasing, and day-to-day management.
• Develop B2B sales skills: Build customer relationships, understand technical product needs, identify opportunities, support accounts.
• Understand business performance: Exposure to financials, project coordination, account management, and operational decisions.
• Build technical industry knowledge: Electrical distribution, industrial automation, robotics, AI and Industry 4.0.
• Work alongside leaders: Training sessions, product seminars, and customer visits; travel may be required.
