Job summary

Hard Rock International is seeking candidates for the Tribal Career Development (TCD) Team Member program in Florida. This multi-year development journey offers rotational assignments across hospitality, gaming, and support services, with leadership development and direct exposure to Seminole Gaming operations.

You will advance through onboarding, rotation development, placement, and executive readiness stages.

Qualifications

Enrolled Member of the Seminole Tribe of Florida or First-Generation Descendant.
18 years of age or older.
Strong motivation to learn, grow, and pursue leadership opportunities.
Demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and engagement.
Ability to work flexible workdays/hours.
Team orientation and willingness to collaborate; able to work independently within guidelines.
