Gexpro Services invites recent graduates to join the Services Leadership Program (SLP), a two-year rotational development program designed to build the next generation of talent within our core supply chain services business. Participants gain hands-on experience across operations, warehousing, sourcing, and more, with opportunities to work across teams and locations.

Qualifications

• Upcoming or recent graduate of a bachelor’s degree program in Business Administration, Industrial Distribution, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Management, Logistics, or a similar field.
• Strong interest in supply chain services, distribution, operations, sales, or related business functions.
• Demonstrated experience with or interest in supply chain, distribution, operations, or business services preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience with the day-to-day operations of Gexpro Services' supply chain services business.
• Complete rotational assignments across business functions to develop a broad understanding of Gexpro Services' operations, customers, and supply chain solutions.
• Manage and contribute to projects supporting functional teams from beginning to end, delivering measurable value to the business.
• Develop an understanding of customer requirements and how Gexpro Services' teams work together to deliver effective supply chain solutions.
