Gexpro Services is launching a two-year Services Leadership Program (SLP) designed for recent graduates to rotate across operations, warehousing, sales, sourcing, quality, and other business functions. The program emphasizes leadership, problem-solving, and business acumen within a global supply chain context.

Participants will gain hands-on experience, structured training, and exposure to cross-functional teams across locations including Irving, TX, while developing a well-rounded skill set for

Qualifications

• Upcoming or recent graduate of a bachelor’s degree program in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Strong interest in supply chain services, distribution, operations, or related business functions.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Willingness to relocate to program locations in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience with day-to-day operations of Gexpro Services' supply chain services business.
• Complete rotational assignments across business functions to develop a broad understanding of operations and solutions.
• Manage and contribute to projects supporting functional teams from start to finish, delivering measurable value.
• Develop understanding of customer requirements and how teams deliver supply chain solutions.
• Expand professional network across functions and locations.
• Strengthen leadership skills through training and real-world assignments.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve processes and efficiency.
