This three-year rotational program builds future leaders by placing you in engineering foundations, early leadership, and operations leadership roles across multiple plants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with high academic performance in business administration, mechanical or industrial engineering, or related field.
• Internship/Co‑op experience in engineering or operations is highly valued.
• Strong interest in Engineering and Operations Leadership.
• 0-3 years of professional experience in engineering, operations, or related roles.
• Leadership experience: experience in leading teams, projects, or student organizations.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering and operations through rotating assignments across plants.
• Lead teams and coordinate production planning during rotations.
• Drive improvements using lean techniques and kaizen events.
• Participate in long-range planning and capital budgeting.
• Travel up to 15% to meet clients and facilities.
